Outbuildings | Gazebos | Carports

A Domestic outbuilding is defined as a Class 10a building, as defined in the Building Code of Australia, that is ancillary to residential use on the same premises and is limited to non-habitable buildings for a shed, garage and carport.

Mostly all councils require development approval and/or building approval depending on the size of the outbuilding. At SNG Engineers we have several years of experience in design and documentation of outbuildings to meet local council requirements.
